Reading status lines of many people of all ages (which include the ones my kids write) and also people who write lyrics that remind them of something shows us the power of music. Be it to heal, remember, reflect a song can take you back in flash even before the verse is out of the gate..... nothing can send you back in time like a song can remember each and every detail of how you felt and what you were doing.... the melody zaps you makes you cry, puts a smile on your face!!And then there's the lyrics that reach out and relate to something that you've felt... it's like watching a movie and realizing you're watching your life in front of you... lyrics make you react the same way... they lift you up, make you sad, give you strength.... takes you in and wrap you in its arms!!How many times have you turned to the power of song....
